Refunds

Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are available within the first 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the product.
- Refunds are not available for subsequent subscription renewals or partial periods of use unless there is a verified technical issue with the tool that prevents access or use.

How to Request a Refund:
- Please contact our support team at support@chessbook.com with your account details and the reason for your request.
- Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- Refunds cannot be granted for failure to use the subscription.
- Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted subscriptions, except in cases of technical issues.
Cancellations

Subscription Cancellations:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the Chessbook website.
- Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

Trial Period Cancellations:
- If you are on a trial period, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Renewal Opt-Out:
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled. To opt out of renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your billing cycle.
