Refunds

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds are available within the first 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the product.
    • Refunds are not available for subsequent subscription renewals or partial periods of use unless there is a verified technical issue with the tool that prevents access or use.
  2. How to Request a Refund:
    • Please contact our support team at support@chessbook.com with your account details and the reason for your request.
    • Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
  3. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
    • Refunds cannot be granted for failure to use the subscription.
    • Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted subscriptions, except in cases of technical issues.

Cancellations

  1. Subscription Cancellations:
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the Chessbook website.
    • Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
    • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
  2. Trial Period Cancellations:
    • If you are on a trial period, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
  3. Renewal Opt-Out:
    • Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled. To opt out of renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your billing cycle.
