Refunds are available within the first 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
if you are not satisfied with the product.

Refunds are not available for subsequent subscription renewals or partial periods of
use unless there is a verified technical issue with the tool that prevents access or
use.

reason for your request.
- Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- Refunds cannot be granted for failure to use the subscription.

Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted subscriptions, except in cases
of technical issues.
Cancellations

Subscription Cancellations:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the
Chessbook website.

Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current
billing period, after which it will not renew.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

Trial Period Cancellations:

If you are on a trial period, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to
avoid being charged.

Renewal Opt-Out:

Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled. To opt out of renewal, cancel
at least 24 hours before the end of your billing cycle.
